Between 4/01/26 through 6/30/26 click on the QR Code, website link below and follow the on-screen entry instructions, or enter on our website by filling out and submitting a Viral Sweep link. Fill in all required information. [You may not enter more than once. You may not enter more than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent this limitation.] By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Gron, which shall be final.
Open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older as of 4/01/26, except for employees of Gron Holdings, Inc., an Oregon corporation, ("Gron"); participating retailers; any of their affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively "Promotion Parties"); and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.
DRAWING. A random drawing will be conducted on 7/01/26 by Gron. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email. All federal and state laws apply.
First prize is a branded retro game machine, worth $500. Five runners-up will receive a second place prize of $250 Value. 1× Elite Trainer Box (Ascended Heroes, ~$130) + Tech Sticker Collection (~$90) + Mini Tins (~$30). Twenty runners-up will win a $100 Value. 8× Assorted Booster Packs (Pokémon + One Piece, ~$100).. Total prize value: $3,750 in merchandise. Gron reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Gron will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. Void where prohibited.
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications; or any human error in the processing of entries. If there is such an error or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Gron may cancel or modify this sweepstakes.
Entrant agrees that all matters relating to this sweepstakes are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Oregon, without giving effect to any of conflict of law provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding relating to this sweepstakes will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Portland, Oregon.
